Echesa, who was in the company of William Ruto during the deputy president's tour in Vihiga county on Saturday, September 29, further claimed Raila had made it his mission to undo the deputy president's work in Western and as a result no progress was being realised. "That witch-doctor came here with the handshake agenda and started fighting the deputy president and undoing all the plans the DP had. He said all that was being done in terms of development were corrupt. When we said roads should be constructed in Vihiga, he said it's corruption. When we said companies be opened, he said it's corruption," Echesa claimed while addressing area residents.
Besides Echesa, the DP was also accompanied by former Vihiga governor Moses Akaranga, former Kakamega senator Boni Khalwale and several MPs, among them Didmus Barasa (Kimilili), Oscar Sudi (Kapseret), Caleb Kositany (Soy), Johana Ngeno (Emurua Dikirr), Benjamin Washiali (Mumias East) and Bernard Shinali (Ikolomani). It is understood Ruto has been making deliberate attempts to build his support base and gain a foothold in the Western Kenya region, perceived to be an Opposition stronghold, ahead of the 2022 political duel.

SOCIAL AND EQUALITY TO ALL

SOCIAL AND EQUALITY TO ALL
My main agenda is adopting a Gramscian theoretical framework, the five parts of this volume focus on the various ways in which the political is discursively and materially realized in its dialogic co-constructions within the media, the economy, culture and identity, affect, and education. We focus at examining the power instantiations of sociolinguistic and semiotic practices in society from a variety of critical perspectives, this blog focus at how applied political linguists globally is responding to, and challenge, current discourses of issues such as militarism, nationalism, Islamophobia, sexism, racism and the free market, and suggests future directions. No peace, no unity, no coexistence hence all becomes vanity...! It's why the world is oval.
